Hatha Yoga Courses
Class Timetable

class levels and styles
My yoga classes in Totnes are open to all levels of experience as any more advanced work is always explored in steps and stages. The earlier class on Tuesday is better for complete beginners, those with significant aches, pains or back problems, or those who would prefer a gentle slow approach.The second class on Tuesday is more dynamic and is fine provided you are normally fit and healthy and/or have some yoga experience. The Friday morning class is sign up only, though you can try the class once for free before you sign up, please e mail or phone for details. All classes include posture practice, a period of relaxation and sometimes breathing practices and/or simple meditation.
what to bring
If it is your first time coming to a yoga class then wear loose or stretchy comfortable clothes and avoid eating heavily before the class. Some mats and blankets are provided but if you have your own then please bring them. If you want to buy your own mat then you can buy online at this site, or a multitude of others.
health
If you have significant health issues please check with your doctor or health professional that yoga is a suitable activity for your condition. By all means contact me as well.
1:1 tuition and small group classes
